Ideas become projects. Projects become shared action.
ChangeEd begins with focused international conversations and turns them into emerging initiatives that can later be strengthened, adapted, piloted and brought to life by a worldwide community.
A different way to turn educational dialogue into action
ChangeEd combines the depth of a committed core group with the reach of an international community. It avoids opening a project before it has enough clarity to attract meaningful collaboration—but it also avoids keeping promising ideas inside a closed circle.
Start with purposeful dialogue
Affinity groups explore shared concerns, tensions, experiences and possibilities. Meetings are designed for conversation and sense-making rather than hurried project drafting.
Give the idea real form
Insights, preferences, contextual research and international precedents are brought together into a coherent and practical first project model.
Open the work to the world
Once a strong draft exists, educators, students, experts, schools and organizations can help improve it and move it toward pilots and implementation.
Six stages—from initiative to open collaboration
Every stage remains public so that people can understand not only the final project, but also the conversations, choices and research that shaped it.

The goal is not to treat the current pages as final products. They are public working foundations that can be strengthened by people with different experiences, disciplines, languages, communities and resources.
Different starting points. One human-centred direction.
Both projects connect students and educators internationally, value authentic action and evidence, and place human judgement at the centre of educational change.

Open-source collaboration means more than sharing documents
It means making the work visible enough for others to question it, adapt it, test it and improve it—while preserving a common purpose and openly sharing what is learned.
